The procedure at DENTSPLAI

1.Send your filled questionnaire/form (see 'Contact') or an e-mail containing your personal data and information on the range of services you would like to make use of. You are requested to provide a written statement from your dentist with his/her opinion about the condition of your dentition and suggested procedures. You are also required to provide information on your general condition (past and current health problems, taken medication).

2.Prefer to go to London? Please contact our UK representative to book an appointment with our specialists.

3. Within 12-24 hours you will get an initial assessment of costs and information about the necessary length of treatment and the date of providing service. We will recommend the most suitable airplane connection taking into consideration your preferences.

4.When filling an application form providing all the necessary information (including the type of accomodation and prefered flight) we will suggest the options.

5. Now you should book your flight and inform us about the exact date of your arrival in BUCHAREST providing your first name, surname, day, month, year and time of arrival and the name of the airline.

6.On receiving the aforementioned information we will book your hotel, arrange your visit at the dental surgery (date and time) and will send you a letter of confirmation.

7. Arrive to BUCHAREST; English speaking driver meets and drives you to your accommodation free of charge and hands over our welcome pack. For all your appointments you will be driven by our courtesy car each time you need it.

9.We will provide you with all the required information for your treatment and urge you to ask as many questions as you like.

10. We take full responsibility for all work conducted at our clinic and provide a written guarantee to all of our patients. We would like you to rest assured and take comfort from the fact that you are in good hands. After leaving BUCAREST we will continue to be at your service if you have any questions or concerns.
